Order questions
For order-specific questions, include your order number, event name, ticket issue and checkout email. Order updates are sent to the email used during checkout.
Ticket delivery
If tickets are not visible immediately after payment, check the payment success page, order page and checkout email. Some event tickets may become available closer to the event date.
Payment issues
If a payment fails or remains pending, retry checkout only after checking whether an order confirmation was created. Duplicate orders should be avoided.
