FAQ

Short answers for the questions buyers usually need resolved before payment and before the event.

Are the total and ticket details shown before payment?

Yes. Review the event, date, venue, ticket area, quantity and payable total before continuing from checkout to payment. Ticket prices may change based on marketplace demand.

How do I receive my tickets?

Ticket delivery depends on the event, venue and ticket type. Many orders use mobile transfer through Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, venue-specific apps or mobile wallet systems. Some events may use PDF tickets or instant download.

See the Delivery Information page for the full delivery guidance.

Can tickets be delivered close to the event date?

Yes. Some venues, promoters or original ticket issuers release tickets closer to the event. Delivery may happen days or hours before the event when delayed barcode releases or venue restrictions apply.

What should I do if my ticket transfer needs another app?

Some transfers require accounts with Ticketmaster, AXS or venue-specific systems. Use the same email address provided at checkout where possible, download the required app and accept the transfer promptly.

What does the Ticket Guarantee cover?

Eligible orders may be reviewed for protection if there are invalid tickets, seller non-delivery, duplicate tickets, major misrepresentation, incorrect seating information or denied entry caused by ticket validity issues.

Read the Ticket Guarantee for details and exclusions.

What happens if there is a fulfilment problem?

Keep the order number and checkout email ready. Ticket Merchant may investigate the issue and, depending on availability and order status, provide replacement tickets, offer comparable alternatives or review refund handling.

Can I get a refund after choosing the wrong event?

Refunds are generally limited because ticket inventory is time-sensitive and market-driven. Buyer remorse, schedule conflicts, missed events and choosing the wrong event are generally not automatically refundable after payment.

Read the Refund Policy before purchase if the refund path matters for your decision.

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible customers may qualify for refunds according to organizer policies, venue policies, seller terms and applicable laws. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, original tickets may remain valid and refunds may not be available.

How are payments protected?

Payments are processed using secure technologies and authorized payment providers. Orders may be checked through fraud review, payment authorization or additional verification to protect buyers and sellers.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact Us page and include your order number, event name and checkout email for order-specific questions.
