Ticket Guarantee
How eligible Ticket Merchant orders are protected when ticket validity, delivery or seller fulfilment issues occur.
100% Ticket Guarantee
Ticket Merchant is committed to providing a secure and reliable ticket purchasing experience. Every eligible order placed through our platform is covered by our Ticket Guarantee.
Our goal is to ensure customers receive valid tickets in time for their event.
What Is Covered
Eligible orders may qualify for protection in situations involving invalid tickets, seller non-delivery, duplicate tickets, major misrepresentation of ticket details, incorrect seating information or denied entry caused by ticket validity issues.
Coverage decisions are determined solely by Ticket Merchant after review.
Valid Ticket Guarantee
Tickets purchased through Ticket Merchant are expected to be valid for entry to the listed event.
If customers experience entry denial due to ticket validity issues, they must contact Ticket Merchant immediately, provide proof of denial, cooperate with investigation requests and submit supporting documentation when requested.
Supporting documentation may include venue statements, screenshots, photos, entry scans and communication records. Failure to provide documentation may affect eligibility.
Seller Failure Protection
If a seller cannot fulfill an order as promised, Ticket Merchant may source replacement tickets, offer comparable alternatives, upgrade seating when available or issue refunds if replacements are unavailable.
Replacement availability depends on market conditions. Equivalent seating cannot always be guaranteed.
Delivery Protection
If tickets are not delivered within the promised timeframe, customers should contact support promptly.
Ticket Merchant may investigate seller delays, transfer problems, platform issues and delivery restrictions. Customers must allow reasonable processing time for investigations.
Event Cancellations
If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, customers may qualify for refunds according to event organizer policies, venue policies, seller terms and applicable laws.
Refund eligibility excludes shipping fees, insurance products, currency conversion fees and external banking charges unless otherwise required by law.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date and refunds may not be available.
Policies depend on organizer decisions. Customers should review event organizer announcements carefully.
Force Majeure
Ticket Merchant is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, weather events, venue closures, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, civil unrest or internet outages.
Guarantee coverage may be limited in such circumstances.
Exclusions
- Buyer remorse.
- Scheduling conflicts.
- Travel or hotel expenses.

Fraud Prevention
Ticket Merchant reserves the right to delay orders for verification, request identification, cancel suspicious transactions and refuse service in high-risk situations.
These measures help protect customers and sellers.
Claim Process
Customers seeking guarantee assistance should contact support immediately, provide order information, submit requested documentation and cooperate with investigation procedures.
Failure to comply may impact claim eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket Merchant liability is limited to the original purchase amount paid for eligible orders.
