Pricing

Ticket Merchant may take enforcement action against sellers who violate policies.
Intellectual Property
All platform content including logos, branding, design, text, graphics and software is owned or licensed by Ticket Merchant.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, ticketing platforms, analytics providers and communication tools.
Ticket Merchant is not responsible for third-party system failures.
Event Changes
Events may be rescheduled, canceled, relocated or modified. Ticket Merchant is not responsible for organizer decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket Merchant shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, travel expenses, hotel expenses, emotional distress or consequential losses.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for eligible orders.
Indemnification
